Coach Recap provides AI-powered coaching and mentoring tools designed to assist users in streamlining their education processes between themselves and their coachees.

You agree to use Coach Recap services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that doe snot infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.
Coach Recap grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these TOS.
User Conduct
When using Coach Recap services, you must conduct yourself accordingly:
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, transmit, or publicize while using Coach Recap's services and for the consequences of your actions.
You agree not to upload, communicate, transmit, publicize, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create or upload. However, by using Coach Recap's services, you grant Coach Recap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in connection with the service.
Coach Recap owns all rights to the software, applications, and intellectual property related to the service.
Termination
Coach Recap reserves the right to terminate your access to the services without notice for any breach of these TOS.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Coach Recap does not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
Limitation Of Liability
Coach Recao shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the services.
Changes To Terms
Coach Recap reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.
